Bought a 2019 certified refurbished RXT not even 1 year later had brakedown issues. Even trying to contact them and talk to service department about the issues I was having the lead down the street of it may be this or that. I have high regrets of ever purchasing from them ever again. The worst part is the service parts guy. I told him what I had and the problems I was having with my cart. He actually sold me a part that if I would have installed would have caused sever damage to my cart. Don't trust ther service department and don't buy from them. Find a better place to purchase your cart and don't trust their service advisor or the parts guy that sold me a 36volt solinoid for a 48volt cart that from the factory had a 48volt solenoid. Be wise take my advise and take your business elsewhere. To be honest H and H in chocowinity is a way better option. They will help you without the sarcastic smirk that the parts guy gave me. I did the research on the part and know now people need to update there Intel before giving the wrong part to a customer. I almost think he was trying to sabotage my cart so I would have to take it back to him to get right and then probably blame it on me the customer for taking his advise on the wrong part. Nuff said.
