Quest Diagnostics

Made an appointment online to take a Covid test at Goldsboro NC location. When I arrived they said we dont test Covid patients who are symptomatic so I had to leave and get another appointment for CVS to do the test. Why would anyone want a Covid test if they didnt suspect they had Covid? Quest should state online that they only provide Covid testing to patients who dont have Covid which makes no sense. If Quest provides Covid testing they should provide testing to everyone. Who knows the real reason they turned me away?

Had to Utilize this location for preemployment blood and urine test and Teresa was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get my tests done and was very sweet during the process

My daughter had to do a drug screen for school and after arriving around 10 am, was told they didnt drug screen until 1 pm. She was asked if she had a mask to put on when theres nothing on the door that says one is required and they did not have one available upon entering insinuating that one was needed. When she arrived at 1pm, there were two people ahead of her and the first one didnt go back until 1:15. And there is only one person working in the whole place!! It took 50 minutes for her to get called back and by that time she was in tears from having to pee so bad. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER QUEST! This is ridiculous!!!!

I have had great experiences here at this Quest Labs in Goldsboro. They are fast and efficient, and the wait time is minimal. Teresa has done our blood draws and is so friendly as well as being skillful.

The person who did my blood work knew nothing about putting insurance into their own system and then filed my blood work through my old insurance FROM ANOTHER STATE because she didn't want to deal with putting all my correct new information in!! Now I'm on my second year of them threatening to go to collections but I have called 3 TIMES to get them to put it through the CORRECT insurance and they still haven't done it as I have been told by other quest employees when I get bloodwork done thru them at my new doctors office. This is so awful and stressful and it shouldn't be my job to fix it! They should be investigated by the BBB
