From beginning to end Julia was nothing short of amazing. Julia was very pleasant, calm, reassuring, detailed, professional, prompt in sending information and prompt in responding, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She made sure to keep me in the loop on everything and in addition to emailing, if there were something of urgency that I needed to complete she would personally call or text to let me know. You all definitely have a diamond at Motto Mortgage with Julia. I am overwhelmingly pleased to have worked with her .
