        Their insurance does not cover your possesions unless they pack it or you pay extra on top of an already expensive move. The up front explanation is vague and misleading. The claims process is arduous since they don't tell you to keep damaged boxes and box numbers beforehand. Take photos, keep and don't repair anything or you won't get reimbursed.
