Had surgery yr ago by Dr. Bauer. And Im doing great. Once in awhile Ill get a cramp in bicep. But all in all, I cant complain! Hes the best. I traveled 1 hour one way just for him. So worth it..

Dr. Bauer performed a total reverse shoulder replacement on me in September of 2021. This morning was my last follow-up appointment. The whole process went great. Overall I would have to say that he is the best Orthopaedic doctor I've ever had the pleasure of knowing, and I've seen plenty. Not only is he the best shoulder surgeon around, he's a great person. I consider him a top notch doctor, person, and friend from the beginning to end! My review doesn't do him justice. If you're in the Goldsboro area, don't drive to Raleigh or Greenville, go see my friend Dr. Bauer. You won't regret it.

Had my shoulder replacement back in 2016. Dr. Bauer was an incredible surgeon. Wayne memorial hospital was awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Bauer. 4 years later and my shoulder is still doing great.
