        My mother has complained to this company for abut a year about the dangerous trees in her yard. One tree already fell on her car and damaged it. The company refused to cover the cost. There has been several other occasions where parts of the tress have fell. By the grace of God no one has been hurt. I cannot for the life of me understand why they will not do the basic things to ensure there is no danger to life, limb, or their own property. I would not suggest dealing with this company. If I could give them a zero out I would. Seems like the situation is now a lawsuit waiting to happen.

        I am very big on customer service and how you treat people and when I say the experience every time I called or went to the office to ask a question about the application process was wonderful never did I have a problem or did I get any issues about answering my questions.
