        Seymour home was completely unprofessional with how they managed my property. After taking it on as a property manager I had to constantly call them for updates (which there were usually none). Im fearful of the level of communication with my prospective tenants. After 3 weeks I decided to terminate my relationship with them and work with a more proactive property manager.

        "Seymour Realty evicted my family after 20 plus years without a lease agreement. They neglected property repairs and resorted to illegal tactics to force families out of their homes. Disappointing and unethical behavior from a realty company." And Im suing for defamation of character

      Hi Serge! Not sure what kind of updates you were waiting on when your contractor was still working on the property and it was NOT rent-ready. We do not recommend prospective tenants view a property with needles, trash, and evidence of squatters in the backyard. We wish you well with your next PM- maybe you will physically view the property yourself before buying next time.

      Mr. Chadwick: You rented with us from 2016 until 2022 on month-to-month basis. Your rent amount was never increased from $420/month, and we worked with you on many occasions when rent was past due. Unfortunately, the home had severe termite damage and was in need of a complete remodel. When a tenant does not pay rent and does not vacate after being notified, we have to proceed with the eviction process. Please let us know the best way to reach you regarding the outstanding balance owed for unpaid rent and damages left at the property.
