Kertisha Cobb - The Cobb Realty Group Inc.

I would never recommend using Kertisha as an agent unless you are a personal friend of hers. That's the only way you will be listened to or your needs or wants even considered. This was the absolute worst house buying experience I have EVER had out of my 3 homes by a long shot. Nothing even compares. When she tells you after the sale she never has to speak to you again, she means it. My other realtor always checked up after the buying or selling of my home, even though our business was complete. Kertisha, nope, as it's like we never crossed paths. During the experience take heed and when she keeps mentioning about you paying her fees she is solely about making her money and not about you at all. Every issue we had was dismissed and we were literally told "it's not a big deal." Well, yes it is a big deal to US as we are bringing it up and it's OUR house and YOU are supposed to be representing us and our go between. She will not update you during the process and when you contact her she says if I do not contact you I have no news. My previous realtors always kept in touch even with no news just so I didn't feel in the dark. When we asked her about something it took a while for an answer (days or over a week), but when she needed something it had to be that day and rushed us. She may have been a 5 star years ago when these other reviews were from or they personally knew her, not sure, but she is not that now or at least if you arent a personal friend of hers. We should be happy in our new home and we are not because of the buying experience. Everyone else we worked with at the office (which was only 1 other person) was fine, but Kertisha was terrible. She was always late everwhere as well. I do not usually leave negative reviews, as I just left 2 other 5 star reviews elsewhere this morning, but this experience was depressing and like I said we are not even happy in our home. So, if you know her, I would say yes use her as she will probably meet your needs, but if you don't I would advise taking my advise and if you get an off vibe take heed and do not sign anything and walk away.

Amazing company. When we are in the market again for our next purchase we will use nothing but the best and that's the Cobb Realty Group. Through this hard and long process of purchasing our home we were set at ease knowing Kertisha was right there through it all helping us every step of the way. Answering g all out questions. She listened and gave us everything we wanted... A huge thank you to the Cobb Realty Group especially Kertisha your the best.

This experience was one of a lifetime. Being a veteran that had to pay off all bills before closing to getting a home with same bills with Kertisha Cobb and Mr. Morgan. New faith, New house, New family....

I was amazed at how knowledgeable Kertisha was with the whole process of buying a home. She made sure that we understood terms and what to expect from the whole process. She was very professional and helped us feel at ease. We were very happy to have used her services and will recommend them to others as well. All agents are not created equal and she definitely sets the bar at a high standard. A great agent makes the stressful process of buying a home just that much easier. So thankful for this young lady and her expertise.
