Worst Bojangles in eastern NC always a wait even with no lines, waited yesterday for 20 minutes with no line in drive thru and 2 people inside for a 3pc and 2pc supreme which when received were not fresh. Last week stopped on the way home from work only to get home and again hard chicken not fresh fries and I only live 5 minutes away. I also did not immediately return as I was fresh off work and an hour commute so I was ready to get home and shower but once I returned with ALL the food intact minus the 1 bite of chicken bc I couldnt even force myself to eat it the manager was rude and unapologetic and told me I should have called in advance NO the food should be RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Its not a hard concept to grasp during peak hours have fresh food and inventory. When its not do not have chicken strips and fries sitting for 30 min plus then try to serve for people PAYING for food that should be fresh and hot. It literally takes 4 min for fries and 6 min for strips STOP BEING SO LAZY AND CARELESS.

Came to this Bojangos and LORD today lets start with the young lady by the name of Tremendous she came through the door didnt speak and the first thing comes out her mouth is, Im on BREAK she was very rude and when she was walking out the door she said, Bryan, make sure dont nobody touch my headset, yall know how yall be doing sh no maam this is a business you have no business talking like that!! She dont need a job and she should be fired!! The restaurant was clean and everyone else was friendly

1st time l. Order was as expected. I wasnt a fan at first the sandwich
