Ive done business at other facilities owned by Mr. Gurley & over the years referred many people. After using the john st units my items were damaged by moisture & infested with bugs(roaches & stink bugs) in less than 3 months time Aug-Nov. Mold set in on furniture. Boxes collapsing from moisture. Mice droppings throughout. Rent is prorated to move in but not refunded when you move out early. No insurance for the units or the items inside. Lisa offered me a moisture controlled unit at the new location on hwy 70 at full price for 1 unit. I spoke to the owner directly & will never do any further business or refer anyone to any of the locations they own & operate.

My mother has rental a unit for several years, when it was purchased by the new company they converted it to a climate control, which is great. The ladies in the office are nice and treat my mother great. We had to rent a pod for renovations for her bathroom, great service also. They moved quickly in delivery and the young man was so nice that set it up.
