These people are mean and rude . The moment you ask a question , they have a bad attitude . And they lie real bad . I called multiple people . And guess what they all gave me a different answer . Theyre working for each other .

Very rude people, my fianc asked if she could write down her social security number woman said no do it yourself my fianc messed up writing it down and woman had the nerve to say are you ok, this wouldve happened outside the building it wouldve been hands on the woman I dont tolerate disrespect if you work for a department like that you shouldnt be rude and treat others poorly I dont advise going to this place

Only had to wait about 5 minutes, I didn't have an appointment. They were very helpful.

This office is a disgrace, office staff are extremely rude and will hang up on you and you can ask the exact same question and each time you get different answers.
