Highly recommended! I had a phenomenal experience with Mr. Bates and Mr. Whitaker. Their customer service is first-class! Scheduling an appointment was very easy! Mr. Whitaker personally took time with me to review my tax forms, educated me on some of the current tax laws, future strategies, and answered all of my questions. As a new business owner and retired military veteran, I was quite nervous filing my taxes this year, but Mr. Whitaker & Mr. Bates went above & beyond to take care of me from intake to the final appointment.
