Ricky was so helpful! He actually took the time to listen to my concerns. I came into the shop with a known leak in my front left tire which we checked and established would need replaced. I mentioned that my back left tire was also leaking air and others did not listen to me about it, but Ricky did and he ended up finding a nail in my tire! Im very thankful that he cared enough to listen to my concerns. He also made sure he explained to me the tire chart and went through all of my options with me in detail so I could find something that worked for me. Ricky is an excellent worker and very kind and respectful!

This location doesn't do alignments but you get a discount at percision tune with receipt. Staff was great helped me find exactly what I needed at a great price

I will no longer come here. They pick and choose who they want to service first. I came in for a tire rotation which usually doesnt take too long and three other people came in after me. Which may I add that I spent $1200 on tires from them which includes a lifetime tire rotation. They serviced the other three customers that came in AFTER me and got them out before they even got to my vehicle. I checked in at 1:26pm and the tracker stated it will be ready by 2:23 pm. They didnt even pull my vehicle in the bay until 2:25. I will not be coming here again!!customer service SUCKS! I guess you have to be the right color in order to get good customer service around here!!!
