I love this gym! it's a more personal experience than one like golds or planet fitness. First you sign up, no sign up fee just pay your first month (the contracts range from 1-3 years) it includes 24 personal trainer sessions, then you choose your trainer. I happened to get Emily. Who is hands down AMAZING! She really listens to what your goals and needs are, takes injuries into consideration and sets you up with killer workouts tailored just for you. I asked for them to be tough and she gives me tough and steps it up when I am ready. I am sweaty and exhausted at the end of our workouts and feel so powerful that I made it through it. You also get a packet that helps you get on the right track to a healthy lifestyle. I has a healthy grocery list and sample meal plans. This gym has helped me change my life. at 25 I was getting winded going up a flight of stairs and now I can run them! of the 2 trainers I definitely love the choice I made, and her being a girl helped me connect with her and she understands things females go through too! But don't be fooled guys, she can run you through your paces. And she adjusts her workout difficulty based on each person any age or fitness level.
