        Horrible service. Changed a uhual reservation over the phone with uhaul TO this location. THEY verified that Steve's had my rental and their open until 630. The rep had me call to confirm as well. Less than 5 min off the call with uhaul, I spoke to Steve's. They confirmed my reservation for 5pm the next day. Correct I show up at 445, NO ONE is on site. Shop is closed. No trailers outside. So i call. The owner told me they close at 4 on Saturdays. But they don't have my equipment anyway. They never got it returned By the previous renter YESTERDAY. So they've had ALL DAY to call uhaul, to call me, to make changes. Now I'm stuck at 5pm on a Saturday on the phone with uhaul trying to find an open place with the trailer available. They shouldn't have a license for uhaul if they don't verify their equipment and call the customers.
