        I have lived at this community for 3 consecutive years and have had the best experience ever. We have been through some management changes and the current VRG management has been great. Graham and Dora have been so responsive and attentive to all my needs. They are personable and approachable. I feel just as important as a current resident as the prospect's. The maintenance team is top tier. They always fixing minor issues as they happen typically in the same day, they carry dog treats around, always say hello, and are completely trustworthy. I have had no major issues and absolutely love this community.

        I have lived at the reserve at greenwood since 2022 and i have LOVED it Graham and Dora are amazing they are always available the pool is also great it has lots of chairs and 2 TVs the pool is really big too its very clean the apartments are very good it has granite counters and the kitchen has alot of space you can have up to 3 rooms and the bathrooms have a bathtub it also has a playground for kids, a gym, and public bathrooms. I love greenwood it has been a very great experience living here

        There are dog poops everywhere, even on the sidewalks. You will always be few steps away from stepping on human-sized dog poops. Its disgusting and unsanitary. Also the office is open only during Mon-Fri 9-5pm so if you work regular hours, you wont be able to deal with administrative stuffs in person. I also heard there have been many car theft felonies in this apartment. I guess the security fee and the security administrative fees doesnt do much.

        I have lived at The Reserve at Greensboro since it opened in 2020. Its a great place to live with lots of amenities. Beautiful apartments with up to date appliances, granite counters and storage. The pool is great with lots of pool chairs, seating under covered areas with tvs mounted for anyone who just wants to read or watch tv. Pets are welcome too. Ive enjoyed living here at The Reserve at Greensboro. The managers of the property are always available if you have questions. The maintenance guys are prompt to address any issues you may have. Great manager and maintenance team.
