I was really impressed with their service! I had recently walked out of Auto Zone after a clerk there had brushed off a question of mine about battery terminals and told me to simply eyeball the parts to find what I needed. I prefer good service, so I immediately left there and drove to Advance. There was a big difference in customer service! 1. When I walked in the door, a gentleman behind the counter welcomed me and said he would be with me momentarily. 2. Another employee helped me look up the part on the computer to find the one I needed. 3. When the first employee was done, he told me about my different options and how the battery terminal I had been using could cause the wiring to short out (which was the issue). And he helped me find a better part. 4. I had purchased two different parts and wanted to make sure I used the right one for each polarity (and I wanted to confirm their great customer service for my review). So I went back into the store and asked them to confirm which part went on each battery polarity. They graciously answered that question as well. Bottom line: If you want great customer service, go to Advance Auto Parts.
