        Dog park is awesome, water pressure in showers are awesome, Reading the reviews and the owners responses was priceless... stayed for one night and had a great experience, would definitely come again.

        Overpriced KOA Journey Excuse me but you replied to Preston and Debbie...I don't know who they are. You did not call me and I'm not there. My reviews are public and I don't have an airstream!

        Place looks beautiful, but they do NOT have a dump station (because all sites are FHU), and they do not allow you to pay to use an unoccupied site to fill water. First time we've had an issue like this at a KOA.

        I stayed here for 4 months while on a travel assignment for work from Oct 2023 until Feb 2024. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities are outdated but still very clean. Having laundry on site was also helpful and the laundry room was very clean, cheap ($4 to wash and dry a load) and accessible 24/7. The road noise from I-40 was a little annoying to me but I got used to it after a while. Even at night, I still slept with the TV on to drown out the noise. If you stay here, I highly recommend you use a water filter. They have well water and some days, the water would come out very orange. I added a filter to my water hose while staying here in addition to having a filter pitcher for my drinking water. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

        This place is a rip off called early morning about returning deposit man said they owe me about 63.00. Women called afternoon said we all even, 175.00 deposit amazingly worked out to be exactly 175.00 electric, the office takes money off your credit card without authorization. Stay away from this over priced crooks.

      Welcome to the Greensboro KOA! We are open and operating; practicing social distancing per CDC guidelines. We have instituted additional cleaning procedures in order to ensure sanitation and disinfection of our facilities. We highly recommend using the restroom facilities in your RV, as traditionally restrooms are an area you are more likely to encounter bacteria and viruses. We do use hospital strength disinfectants in our cleaning process, however, no one can see a virus. Greensboro KOA offers easy-on/easy-off access from I-40, I-85 and other routes passing through the transportation hub of Greensboro. The campground's extra-long Pull-Thru RV Sites and Camping Cabins make settling in a breeze. Explore the walking trails, take a splash in the pool or join in some of the outdoor games.When you're ready for more, Greensboro, North Carolina offers an amazing array of restaurants and activities. Check out the Guilford Courthouse National Military Park and Greensboro Natural Science Center. Art galleries, furniture showrooms and outlets abound, and basketball fans know that Greensboro is right in the heart of hoops action.       Hello Preston and DebbieSorry that it seems you feel the way you do. We have reached out and know you are still on site. Please see the manager to address your concerns. We do know you reserved your site nearly 6 weeks ago. The price was listed prior to you booking your reservation and did not change. If you truly felt the campground was overpriced may we ask why you made the reservation? We truly don't want unhappy guests. We aren't overpriced for our area. There are issues which you may not be aware of or possibly don't care about. But we do have to pay a mortgage and all of our employees are compensated. Plus we are insured and campground insurance had a 40% increase for our area in the last year. That is without any claims. We are a single family owned business and are campers ourselves. We try to keep our rates as low as we can but also stay in business. The past several years have been extremely difficult. We are also impacted by inflation. Our mortgage has increased since it has a variable interest rate. Possibly you have realized interest rates have increased as well. You do have a very beautiful airstream. Funny how you can purchase one of the most expensive rv's available but the rate to stay at a campground is just to much for you. Also it is a little strange that you hide all your reviews. I see you are a Google guide but wish to remain hidden when it comes to your reviews. Can we inquire why? Please come to the office and have an in person discussion. Maybe you thought your review would remain anonymous??? Sorry we do know who you are. Thanks for hanging up when I called you to discuss your stay. I realize you thought the reviews you leave are anonymous. They aren't.

      Our pricing is totally transparent. You enjoyed your stay for months and understood all along you pay your own actual electric usage, payable at checkout with a final meter reading.Happy you enjoyed your stay.
