Servpro in Burlington performed a water cleanup and construction project at my mother in laws house after a washing machine pipe burst. They were great to work with and handled everything seamless with the insurance company. Great work!

Serv Pro technicians were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Especially, Brandon. He explained the what, why and how the machine operated as well as their readings. Serv Pro should be extremely proud of Brandon and his work ethics. He really helped with any anxieties, as I and most would expect when dealing with traumatic events. Brandon is by far one of the most humble and sincere service person I'd ever encountered. Also, I can't leave of Kayle and Angela at the Greensboro office. They made sure the protocols were executed properly and professionally. I would Serv Pro 10 stars!

We had water damage in our rental house. We called ServPro. I spoke with Angela. She has been so good to work with. She has a very positive attitude and has been so helpful. They came out, assessed the damage and got us on their schedule. Alex and Jonathan came when they said they would and have done an awesome job tearing out all the damaged material. This whole ordeal has gone so good. We have been very pleased with ServPros work!!
