My experience was horrible. The service is extremely slow. I wanted for almost a hr and 30mins because I was given the incorrect information Two of my children where done with their cleaning while the other never got their teeth clean because the receptionist did not pull up the information that the manager told her to. There was no sense of urgency. Even after I was told about me receiving the incorrect information and there was no charge for my child I still proceeded to wait while they discussed the manner amongst themselves and then wanted to talk about my other child treatment plan. My staff is definitely needed. I have been going to this location since around 2012/2013. We will not be return. The check in process gets longer and longer each visit.

So far so good it's my oldest daughter second time coming here So hopefully every time she has an appointment turns out to be just fine with me as long as the job is well done and no complications then I am Ok

My daughter had a cleaning and cavity filling, staff seemed nice. The place was clean and daughter said the lady who did her filling was very kind to her. 4 stars because parents can't go back with kids if they want.
