I called around lunch on a monday, and they got me in the very next morning. I got a tooth extraction and was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was polite and we got the job done.

Got stuck in traffic due to an accident and was denied being seen. Very misleading on urgent because when they offered to reschedule it was for a week and a half away. So if youre hurting and actually need to be seen dont be misguided and waste your time .

From the moment I made my initial appointment thru the denture impressions and surgery to fitting my dentures. The front desk made me feel like part of a family. Upon Tori calling me back to the treatment room, she was gentle, knowledgeable and skilled, instilled confidence that I was in good hands. Dr McKinlay is a very professional and skilled dentist who doesn't like you being in pain. Should you need a highly professional and skilled staff, make your first call to Urgent Tooth. You will NOT be sorry. I hope no one takes offence to not mentioning thier names but thank you all from the bottom of my heart. James Monte McMurtry Follow up from last review: When I visited Urgent tooth the first time, I was treated like royalty, by the whole staff. I was there to have several teeth extracted in preparation to fit me with dentures. I told Dr McKinley that I needed a down to the penny estimate because I was drawing this money from my 401K, he quoted me $6900 for the extractions and dentures.So to make a long story short, I have plastic dentures, that have had 2 or 3 soft relines. Last time I was there, I had another soft relines, and a paper was thrown on my lap by Tori the dental assistant, who said if I wanted them to fit I would need to pay another $1000 to have a hard reline done and $1500 if I wanted brand new dentures. I am retired and disabled and can not work to bring in extra money in and my insurance will not work with Urgent tooth as they are out of network. I have not been able to wear these dentures for more then MAYBE 3 weeks I have been diligent in taking care of these PLASTIC DENTURES, they are turning different colors. I am going to take the dentures to another dentist to see what can be done. All in all, my thoughts are they give a damn as long as you have an endless supply of money, then you get something you can wear instead of gumming your food and creating another health issue for me. They haven't made things right yet, I received a letter from my insurance that if they would send X-rays of my mouth prior to surgery they would take another look at the situation and reimburse me for the extractions. But the X-rays never got sent as far as I know as I have not been reimbursed. James Monte McMurtry
