Everything was easy - the application, the portal for updates and documentation, the communication on where we were in the process, access to information like pre approval, appraisal, closing details. I hope Im not doing this again anytime soon, but if I do, I will use RJ and Guaranteed Rate again. If youre looking for a great lender, go with RJ and team!
