I absolutely love this dentist office. My friend recommended me years ago after other dentist offices would not allow parents back with the child. (Children die in dentist offices) I also was not comfortable not being able to be there for my child. My wait has never been long. The staff is an all minority staff of women. These women all are friendly informative, patient, consistent kind and warm with both my children and eye. And there fast once you get to the back its game on. Ive never done a review. But when I seen the reviews and stars for Dr. Jefferies office I was offended because in 10 yrs I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This dentist office is terrible. They are very rude while talking to the kids about there dental problems. Im glad I occompanied my son back there because the lady was just saying all sorts of things about his teeth to him. He is a child and very sensitive about the structure of his teeth. I immediately left and transferred his records. The dentist was just as rude shes a African lady who has a smart tone while talking to you. Lets not forget the ladies at the front desk have no degrees and schedule you for exams instead of a regular cleaning. This office needs staff training.

I need to find my kids a new dentist. It takes longer than 15 mins to get seen. Then if your kids have to go to school they dont care. I had an appt at 840 my child did not get seen until 920. So she was basically concerned absent from school. Its an inconvience and very bad business!
