Arrived at 8:05 for a grooming appointment and there were no signs of life in the store, automatic doors didnt open, no instructions on the door, no phone number. Waited about 10 minutes, knocked several times, and then went back to my car to find a number to call and got through around 8:18. Was told they wouldnt see me anymore because they had a 15 minutes late policy, I just had to pull the door open and their phones were on. Walked back to find 3 people in the grooming area doing nothing. I have 4 dogs that need monthly grooming, and was trying some of the local stores, but I wont be returning. If youre looking for a pet store/dog grooming, I would highly suggest going down the road to All Pets Considered, they have excellent customer service, and were able to fit me in at a moments notice.
