Suspected a leak in the water line from the water meter to the connection of the house for the past month. Called All Plumbing Services of the Triad at 9am and Brooks was at the house by 1030am. Brooks confirmed my suspicions and offered 2 alternatives for the repair. Locate and patch the area of the leak or replace the current water line with a new one. Replacing the water line was a better alternative. All the work was started and completed the next day. Newer upgrades were installed per code and a new expansion tank for the hot water heater was installed replacing an older one. If I have plumbing needs in the future that I can't handle I'll call All Plumbing Services of the Triad.

On a Thursday night, I noticed the gas line from the meter into the house was leaking and needed to be replaced. On Friday, I called many companies for help before the weekend, so my family wouldnt be with out hot water and heat all weekend. Every company I called said they could give me an estimate on Friday and then schedule the repair the next week. I understand companies cant drop what theyre doing, but I wasnt giving up. I eventually made my way down the list to All Plumbing Services and they literally dropped what they were doing and rescheduled their day to fix my gas line, so I could have hot water and heat as soon as possible. The repair was fast, clean, and their customer service was excellent! I will be using All Plumbing Services for all my plumbing needs in the future!
