Company solicited our neighborhood for quoting. We have a bathroom window and potentially a couple french doors and windows that need replacing. We agreed they could call. Scheduler asked for 90 minutes and I shared we have a 3 year old and the project is small could they be done sooner as the evenings are tough. She said shouldn't be a problem. We worked out a way for me to give complete attention to the estimator. Keep in mind it's just 1-2 windows and a couple doors. We made child care arrangements and would likely buy from them. They called today to confirm. I shared with the confirming party that we previously agreed to 30-60 minutes since it's a small project. They said they can't come out unless we can commit 90 minutes and backed out of the appointment. I just had a remodeler estimate my bathrooms and kitchens in under an hour. Frustrated with lack of flexibility and the effort we already put in place to meet with them only for them to cancel. Poor customer service on Renewals part...
