        I was on hold/mute for over 10 mins until i finally decided to hang up when I only wanted to ask a question before dining in! So I hung up and called back and its goes straight voicemail every time. Needless to say we ate somewhere else.

        I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up 2 DoorDashes since it was pouring rain outside. I pulled up tot the window and there were 2 employees at the front end they saw me multiple times and never came to the window. I waited for about 10 minutes and still nothing. And they were not busy. One of them was hitting there vape and just sitting there. I ended up walking in the the orders were sitting right there. It was super unprofessional and rude.
