I had the pleasure to be helped by John. He has a passion for the work he does and helping people like me with not much knowledge on cars. While working on my battery he explained to me the process and answered each of my questions. It is hard to come across great human beings and he is definitely one. Thank you John!

One counter person , thats ridiculous. The front of the store with a line of people waiting. Been here 15 minutes in line waiting. Going to Auto Zone

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a very long time. I called before I showed up to make sure there was someone there that could help me with windshield wipers. When I walked in, five grown men were standing at computers looking busy. No one said hi or acknowledged me while I stood there obviously needing assistance. There were only two other people checking out. When one of the guys finally acknowledged me, he looked up the wipers and said he only had the less expensive brand, which was fine. Then he said they were on aisle two, and it was clear he had no further interest in helping me. Okkkkaaaayy.not terribly familiar with the windshield wiper world, but I took a look. I went to aisle 2 and saw the hundreds of wipers and thought NOPE, and walked out. If youre a female alone looking for help at this place, dont bother. Youll be made to feel very uncomfortable. I went to Auto Zone right down the street and they were great. I bought the wipers and they were installed all within 10 minutes.
