Good experience today to begin with. Went in to buy woodworking supplies. Ended up buying a new washer and dryer with a stacking kit. Gentleman in appliances was great and paid right at his desk. Unfortunately, when I purchased other items after that sale, there were no checkouts open, only self checkout. Left my stuff and went to the orange box to buy my supplies. Please put people back at the checkouts. This is extremely frustrating!! Open register today, 1, unbelievable!! The only checkstand open today needed an override for previous customer and took 20 minutes fir the managerto perform it. Self check out was way backed up as well. Horrible in store shopping experience as normal for the big blue box.

I have placed orders for delivery on several occasions. First time the order was not found in system then they found it and delivered it a week later. Then another order was placed and they call day of delivery and said they couldnt deliver as driver didnt show up. Now I tried to place another delivery order and was sent email saying it was loaded and would be delivered on sat between 8:30 am and 7:30pm then at 9:30 on sat I get and email that said delivery would be between 3:30 and 7:30 at 6:30 I call not been loaded They said could deliver it on Monday but no guarantee but after 4 pm. This is after I had a crew here again to work on what gets delivered. Lowes has cost be more money and I received no materials for labors waiting. I now on Sunday evening canceled the order and went to Home Depot who has given me better delivery service and communication. Dr. D Shore
