I have used Southern Alarm for many years with my business and my residence. The service we have received has always been great. We like the fact they are a local business and have owners that are active and give back to the community. Steve and Mark are always so quick in getting back when we have questions. I work for a local metal processing, machining, and fab shop. We have a 42,000 square foot building, so our security was no small task. I am so glad we chose Southern Alarm to handle it all for us. Mark was very quick to communicate with me about a quote and is very professional and knowledgeable. The guys who came out to install our security were all also very knowledgeable and accommodating. They met with us several times during the install to give us updates and make sure we were happy with everything. When the install was finished they gave us an in-depth training on all the new equipment and software and were happy to answer questions and continue working with us. Everything looks and works great. I highly recommend them for any security needs you have!
