Love Broome Insurance! Heard a lot of good things before coming here, and I was not disappointed. I have had Broome Insurance for 20 years. The first 15 were great the last 5 have been nothing short of horrible. People make mistakes but these issues are pure negligence. They blame poor communication on their email servers not working with Gmail and never seem to be in the office when you call. Besides poor communication I have had auto policies renewed without my consent for astronomical prices, home owners insurance not cancelled for months after selling the home, and auto insurance on cars I sold months prior. Once is a mistake, multiple issues is a bad business. I am hoping it was just my agent because I usually prefer supporting local businesses.
