If you have a broken Navien, this is your team. If you're getting a Navien, even better to have A&B install it. I've had 10 years of Navien problems and this is the first time I've met someone who knows them inside out. Ultra professional, great communication, and will look out for your pocketbook while doing what needs to be done to insure your unit works and stays working. Top notch.

Super fast & friendly guy. He saved me a lot of money by just being honest. He told me the reason for the leak was due to a faulty piece in the faucet, to contact the manufacturer & have them replace it vs paying hundreds to replace it himself. He didn't have to make me aware of the warranty or the option of it at all. I really appreciate it because I'm in school right now & not working. Thank you again!
