Dean came (first person I called) did a survey of job sent me a quote, exactly like I ask, separately on home and driveway. My wife and I discussed it and came to the quick conclusion that it was fair and good. Dean operates like a scheduled plan, came did our home and very large drive totally to our satisfaction. He was a perfect gentleman and professional person and became a valued friend. NOTE; few days after work I noticed some browning on 2 scrubs, sent Dean pictures as I continued to monitor condition. We txted and Dean txted he was sorry, that he used chemicals according to manufacture directions but if any concerns to let him know. UPDATE; Dean contact me to come by and see problem, came at appointment time and more than generously offered a refund!!!! SATISFACTION; I was so glad my wife and I chose First Impression to do our cleaning. Not only did the work satisfy our expectations the service of a professional person, and the follow up concerns but the generosity to give a generous refund for me to replace schrubs,,, but Dean is a great friend through this experience. I have promised Dean we will continue to use him for our cleaning. We are beyond satisfied with cleaning and bright white trim on home and driveway. Thank you First Impression and Dean
