Roya Rugs is a must visit store!! I recommend meeting manager, Lodie Aucamp. I was in the market for a new living room rug, just didn't know where to start. Lodie shared valuable information and extensive knowledge, kindly answering all my questions. I knew very little about the difference in qualities and values of rugs. We talked color preferences, style, I shared some of our interior home photos and we talked indoor pets and rug durability. I ended up purchasing a BEAUTIFUL rug for our living room. My husband and I loved the way the rug anchored the entire room tying everything together. Over the next several months we returned to Roya Rugs and purchased stunning dining room and master bedroom rugs. Roya Rugs is 5+ star quality and customer service and we highly recommend them!

Our experience at Roya Rugs was exceptional. We were shopping for our new home and the showroom drew us in with the beautiful display of rugs that are essentially functional art. Lodie, the General Manager, then guided us through a comprehensive education and selection process exercising patience, humor and tasteful design advice. Over a combination of store visits and phone calls, he skillfully helped us select eight stunning, high-quality rugs that suit our style and complement one another. These rugs are literally the foundational design elements of each major space of our home. Additionally, Lodie went above and beyond assisting with some coordination of fabric selections for upholstered furniture, as well as, arranging and re-arranging ever-changing delivery details. We love our rug and Lodie! Thanks to his talents, we have a room we will enjoy for years to come. Still amazes us how he went straight to the perfect rug with one quick glance of a few small fabric samples! If you are in the market for a rug, save your time and go here first!
