GTD is THE best afterschool and summer camp around! They enrich the youth with positive activities and the counselors are trained to show lots of love and compassion to the kids. My kids love coming here and I wouldn"t want them anywhere else! Thank you GTD

Growing the Distance is an awesome program! I could not be more pleased. They not only offer an outstanding summer camp, but also offer enrichment programs, all-day camps on teacher work-days, an after-school program, and Saturday evening drop-ins from 5p-10p (dinner served). The summer camp is second to none. This is my child's first year at the camp and my nephew's second year. The kids go on field trips, weekly, not including the trips to the pool. They also learn to cook with a chef, learn about STEM, practice and review schools subjects to help minimize the summer learning gap, learn about and practice mindfulness, dance, engage in use of technology, play outside, and have indoor creative play, just to name a few. On top of that, they also provide breakfast, lunch, and snack and often have food/ice cream trucks on Fridays. The Co-Directors/Co-Founders Ms. Mayo and Ms. Sabla have done an outstanding job with this entire program and are affording the children in this community an invaluable experience. I highly recommend Growing the Distance!!!

My boys absolutely love it here. I really do appreciate how intentional Growing The Distance is about providing enriching experiences. This program has exposed my boys to new opportunities and I know the staff care about all the kids. There are always planned activities and field trips that my boys enjoy.

GTD is great! They are always finding fun things for the kids to do and taking them on fun field trips. My son and I moved here from another state 1 year ago and it was a blessing to find GTD.

Growing the Distance is the whole package! My kids and I absolutely love It there. The directors and staff are truly dedicated and invest in the children. I love all the positive exposure they give to our children. Im so grateful to have found GTD. It doesnt get any better Than Growing the Distance!
