Have had an amazing experience staying here for the past 4 years! The apartments are conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, hospitals & banks. The management staff (Kelly, Angel & team) & support staff (Mark& team) are very polite & helpful. The small lakes & greenery nearby the apartments give a great vibe. Recommended!

Going into year 2 with no issues. We are super satisfied with our stay. The office staff are pleasant, maintenance staff is timely. Highly recommend!

Deep River Pointe has been so good to me ever since ive moved in a few months ago. they update you on renovations & anything you should be aware of! everyone has been so nice to me and its such a peaceful area. i have never been so comfortable before. they will always be their if you need anything or have any questions. definitely an area you would love to call your home. the staff are so so sweet as well!

Maintenance man mark! He is an absolute Treasure! He not only unclogged my drain but tighten my toilet seat without me asking ! I really do appreciate his hard work !!!
