I havae worked with many Doctors as a patient. High Point Audiology has the best staff I ever encountered. They made certain that my aid fit properly, even programed it to my phone. They have worked hard to get proper replacement parts and they even replace the rubber ear pieces at no charge since my hands are arthritic. I highly recommend High Point Audiology to anyone with hearing needs. they are polite, and considerate, long after the bill is paid. My Dr. volunteers to assist the impoverished countries at no charge, so please if you have any old hearing aids, batteries, donate them to high point audiology. Basically, they are all good people. There are no words strong enough to properly convey my appreciation to them...

At all times that is 100% of the time everyone at HP Audiological are attentive to your needs. They are polite and and extremely professional. I very much endorse and highly recommend them for your hearing needs.
