Very nice workers. One brought out snacks and cold drinks while we waited in the car for a fix.

I almost always have very good experiences with Napa employees.. The one star review is for Cody at 2801 n main st. This kid couldnt be bothered to look up from his phone or greet a customer; ear buds in and totally tuned out of the world. He didnt even bother to put his phone down while helping me at the counter. We had placed an order for two c clips the day before, with Cody, only to arrive the next day to him not remembering the conversation and not having placed the order at all, but he sure thought he did. So then he looks for the parts, tells me to head 8mi south to the next Napa center, and upon arrival; they dont have the right clips either. Jerry there helped me look for the right parts and it turns out the clips we needed were out of stock and special order for half the quantity we needed. So there was no way Cody could even place the order for the clips and he never bothered to tell us that in the beginning; instead I got to burn $15 of diesel and an hour and a half of my life, that I will never get back, on a wild clip chase. Do not waste your time talking to Cody, he is the worst representation of Napa and youre just better off working with someone whos capable of giving a damn.
