Just a warning - Sadly, we did not have a very good experience recently at Tinsleys. My daughter had a sweatshirt she paid way too much for due to a special occasion. The tag clearly was marked to dry clean only as it was vintage. It unfortunately was washed, admittedly, by the dry cleaners, and ruined. There was a lot of back-and-forth (faulting us at times for not letting them know to Dry Clean only), but at the end of the day no customer service to compensate for the loss. Pictures attached of what it looked like at drop off versus how we picked it up, plus the tag to show the instructions were clear. Its unfortunate as this was a big purchase for my daughter, and now she is just out that special purchase

The exceptional service and attention to detail was extremely appreciated. My son took a suit to get cleaned and forgot to mention the multiple stains it had. When he went back in to tell them, they were already putting stickers on the stains. After he left, they called him 2 times to let him know he had something in his pocket and that one pant hem needed sewing. When we got the suit back it looked brand new. We highly recommend this cleaners for all your needs and we are thankful for their wonderful service!!
