I am an interior designer and have been sourcing Highland House for many years. I can say hands down that their quality is absolutely flawless, durable, and elegant! My clients all love every piece, and many of them ask me to specifically source HH for future projects! It's hard to find such a trustworthy brand out there these days, and I always feel confident going to Highland House for my furniture sourcing needs!

Im not sure this is actually a furniture provider, but a front for the mob. Through our designer we purchased a table from this company about a year ago and it has yet to be manufactured. We keep getting updates that its six months away. We paid in full at the initial purchase. Sounds like a good way to make some interest and screw your customers. Go elsewhere. No furniture here.

Poor customer service and faulty bedding! We bought the Blyth bed from a designer around 2020. The side frame broke in December 2022. We contacted Highland House,no response and the original designer we hired has not followed thru with handling this problem! Weve spent thousands of dollars on a bed that broke in in 2 years and are willing to pay $1500 for a new rail but cant get anyone to help us in making that happen,even the interior designer!
