Terrible customer service!!!! Anita does not return your calls, says she'll obtain a quote and then never gets back to you. Tried calling for 5 days straight and the secretaries say they'll leave her a message, but that's it & you don't hear back. I wouldn't want any type of insurance through someone that can't return a call.

I am so thankful I found Triad Retirement Group and especially my agent Melissa Hatten! When I broke my leg and had to have surgery this summer in the midst of all the Covid 19 pandemic upheaval, Melissa Hatten went above and beyond just being my health insurance agent! She was there every step of the way making sure I received all my benefits as well as the care and equipment I needed once I was allowed to go home. She really embodies their Partners in Care policy! I could and did call her anytime of the day when I didn't understand how to get the help I needed and she was right there ready to help find the answers! From meals delivered to my door to arranging for me to have a wheelchair and home health care, Melissa took the time to make sure I knew what I was entitled to with my insurance. I admit, I didn't know of most of those benefits prior to my surgery as I hadn't read the handbook all that close and hadn't needed them before. I am really grateful I have Melissa as an agent and WILL recommend her to everyone I know!
