The management at this location is extremely poor. If you need to see him to resolve a matter, he is useless. No compassion from this individual. Blames the customer instead of understanding. Safety: I did not feel very safe. I checked out and went to another facility.

Pleasantly surprised was expecting something much worse for what I paid. Room was still dirty but thats to be expected. It was in better condition than expected and my only complaints are the mold stains in my curtains and the dirty sink. Both of my key cards were giving me trouble trying to get into our room, but nice amenities are included. They have 24 hour front desk service, makeup wipes, an ice machine, and laundry. Room included a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee machine! Pleased with the quality for the price, and will definitely be returning. Rooms: Room was decently clean with working AC/HEAT, hot water, blackout curtains, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and multiple charging ports. Minimal mold in curtains and no plastic shower curtain?? Just fabric one? No bed bugs, no strange smell. Trouble with key card getting into room. Thin walls can hear neighbors from time to time.

Super clean, every employee is very friendly and accommodating.The king rooms are spacious. (see pictures) The only thing I would tell anyone in advance is: The toilets are too low, and the water in the bowl is too high. Be aware when you sit.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. When I arrived this time there was limited room availability, which I was unaware of when booking online. The room was not to my expectations. I spoke with Mike (the manager) he was great and explained why I was in the room I was. They had a sports team staying and as a result there were few rooms Mike moved me to another room and explained it was on the same floor was the sports team and could be a little loud. He gave me the keys to look at the new room. The new room met my expectations and there were no issues with noise. Mike asked me every day if everything was okay, and it was. This is a great example of good customer service, communication and going the extra mile. Thank you Mike. Food & drinks: Less than a 5 minute drive to many restaurants.

Very nice staff. My stay was very comfortable. The continental breakfast hit the spot.
