Eanes recommended a new system with estimate and didnt recommend the most expensive system. They recommended one based on the square footage and what we wanted. The installation crew were extremely polite and worked constantly and cleaned up after they were finished with the job. I have trusted Eanes for 6 years, but I am disappointed in the way that I have been treated recently. I paid for the service technician to come out for my 6 month checkup on April 29, and Jacob found everything was in good order. Because our upstairs unit is 15 years old, Jacob recommended that we consider buying a new unit. Spencer Foy came out on June 2, and he found problems with our present unit. Either Jacob didn't do a thorough job, or he doesn't know what he's doing. It seems too coincidental that Spencer found a problem that didn't -- supposedly -- exist 5 weeks earlier.
