Worst agent ever, aside from racist they are unfit. They hide information from you, arent helpful in providing adequate information when needed. Also they are liars and lied to the state of nc by giving them false information. Do not go with them.

Jeff Miller came out and got the ball rolling immediately. He arranged for a company to come in and begin the repair process after we discovered a leak in the kitchen wall. After the plumbing was fixed, they began the repair and our kitchen is back to its original state. We are very pleased with Allstate and the professionalism of the contractors.

I would not recommend to any one!!! Worst customer service ever, first of all John is an incompetent agent. He provided inadequate service, never answered my questions or provided additional help. Same goes for Tammie, instead of looking into why i was not provided the information before the end of the month by her agent on time, who she told him to help me with, she instead just turned a blinded eye was not helpful and denied any help or provided options. Not to mention they provided false information to the state causing me to pay an additional $200 out of pocket, and when i reach out to her she was not willing to help. The only reason she responded was because the Allstate escalation team reach out to her, only then was she willing to provide help. I can only assume I got this horrible service from them since I am not a white American, and thought I was just a silly foreigner that dont know any better, i wouldnt be surprised if they are racist or prejudice since every time i walked in her office that was the vibe i got. They Always looked down or acted indifferent as if I was bothering them.
