When looking for a marketing agency in North Carolina for product catalog design to assist us with our product catalog project, we chose Redding Communications. We had worked with Don on a past project where he assisted us in developing, launching, and hosting our website. Dons help during this project was invaluable. I've thought long and hard before writing this review. The truth is I like Don, the owner, but he completely mislead me and made a ton of mistakes on my website. After he sent me an outrageous invoice I pointed out all of his mistakes, he shut off communication with us and ignored my concerns. He never followed up to collect the invoice because he didn't want to work through all of the mistakes he made or own up to them. Even the main website title WHICH INCLUDES MY NAME was completely spelled wrong and he never corrected it. Now I'm going to have to spend even more money to get another web designer to correct his mistakes. The contact form he created gives a 404 error. Its almost hysterical that the most basic website elements don't function. I would never recommend someone work with this company.
