        Posting on behalf of my Mom, a resident for 5+ years. Things arent going well. Meal planning, quality of food, portions of food, staff attrition and weekly cleaning are inconsistent and need improvement. Resident feedback to top management is ignored. Rent increases significantly every year and customer satisfaction continues to decline. Any suggestions on alternative Independent Living options in High Point, NC would be appreciated.
