Our menu features an array of mouth watering Grilled Penn Station submarine sandwiches, fresh-cut fries and hand-squeezed lemonade. All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

The first time I ordered the Grilled Chicken Philly and had asked for mayo and had to ask for the pkts after it came. My experience tonight was different from the firstbut I ordered the Grilled Cheesesteak this time but also ordered with mayo but when it came out the mayo was actually curdled and the fries were also cold. I asked the shift leader about it and she said that is how it always comesthey run the mayo and everything through the oven. Was not my experience the first time and the workers acted put out, like I was the problem.That I asked for mayo and it was Penn Stations policy to always run mayo through the oven. Yikes and Yuck!
They should have at least offered me a partial refund (bc the reg sub/small fry and small drink was over $17) for what I didnt eat or a voucher for another time. Come on Penn Station, you have potentialthis should be addressed for all subs. Hot subs; Mayo the side, always!!! Finally another worker told me to call and speak with the manager tomorrow morning. And I do have a picture of the sub!
