        The N main High Point location has been a great place for us to get out taxes done. We used their drop off service and received a call the next morning to see if we would like to remote esign or book an appointment to complete our return on Thursday. We use remote esign. Since they were able to see my husband and myself when we drop off our documents. They explained our taxes and went over our tax documents that we saw while we remote esign. We picked up our documents on Friday. A great experience using drop off no having to sit and wait for them to input the information. And being able to send off our return the next day was great. Fast and professional service. I will use their drop off service from now on.

        We scheduled an appointment today for 4:00pm. When we got there, no one was there so we decided to sit and wait to see if the person needed to step away. 30 mins later a Walmart associate came over and asked if we had an appointment. We told her , yes 30 mins ago. The associate told us that she left and told us that I'll see y'all tomorrow. This appointment was confirmed and everything, just to show up for nothing.

        Im very upset and disappointed with my service at this location. This is the second time I had to wait with having an appointment time the first time it was maybe 5 mins and I let that go. But this time I had a 3 o clock appointment and got there at 3:02 to find no one there but a sign stating they would be back at 3:30 no one contacted or ask if I was still coming or not. A Walmart employee had let me know she walked away a minute before I got there so she did not wait at all. I did contact another location to get in contact with her via cellphone and alert her I was there for my appointment. I was room she would be over in a few I waited and waited and she came over at 3:30 and said oh you been waiting like it was nothing. She was very unprofessional the entire time and spoke like she didnt know what she was doing. Not once did she apologize just said I didnt know but when I mentioned they called her she said oh yea and ignored that she waited 30 mins of my time. She decided to take not one but two personal calls while filing my taxes and seemed like they were meaningless call since I could hear because it was on speaker. Im very upset and unsatisfied with my experience and will not be returning. Im willing to give another location a try but definitely would not recommend this one.
