I want to highly recommend ServPro Of High Point. I had a water leak due to a faulty pressure, regulator that the builder put up in the wall in my laundry room, and all of the hardwood floors in my house were ruined. . Troy came out immediately and assessed the situation, cut out the drywall and tore off some base molding, and anything that had gotten wet. He then set up six large fans to run for about a week, he also made sure that any questionable areas were sprayed with antimicrobial/fungal product; he did everything necessary to prevent any growth of Mold. I am mold sensitive, so I was very appreciative of his expertise and attention to detail. He subcontracted out the tearing up of my old floors, the removal of the glue, moved my furniture with care, and covered it for protection. He then brought me several samples of new flooring to pick from. He was very patient, and went the extra mile for me. The floor installers he chose were superb! They took attention to every detail, and the floors were installed beautifully. I could not have asked for a better job done! I also want to say thank you to Shane, who painted my base molding, helped with painting a wall, and anything else that needed to be done; he was wonderful. Servpro did such a wonderful job that I referred them to my daughter, who had a very similar situation at her house. I highly recommend this company, and the dedicated workers. Thanks ServePro! There is not enough space here to express how phenomenal the Serv Pro of High Point service was after ceiling damage due to a leaking air conditioner PVC drain pipe led us to call them (when the leak soaked and eventually broke through the ceiling). We were in major straights with personal issues and the damage colliding. -One call to ServPro & Marianna had a crew on the way a few hours later. -And, while arranging other logistics, a second call to ServPro with ServPro with Susan answered critical immediate questions. -ALSO, the office staff such as Marianna and Susan were for and with us during claims, billings, and payments processes and answering all questions. We could not have asked for more. The mitigation team arrived early just before the ceiling fell - preventing a massive amount of more damage. -Among those who came out that day were Chris and Maynard followed by Nick and Skylar. -They set up coverings (we had to move a minimal number of items and no furniture); set up drying heaters, etc. to quickly mitigate the damage, including giving us great instructions on what we would need to do and watch for. During this entire process, we had an extremely recalcitrant insurance adjuster who put up roadblocks and nitpicky obstacles in at every turn. -Throughout, ServPro was an advocate for doing the job right and not on the cheap. -Example: Thanks to Nick and Austin on the second day out to check on the drying progress, they told us things we would need from the adjuster. -Then, when the adjuster arrived while they were there, they talked with him. He had to include things in his estimate that we would have had to fight over at length later on -things that were critical for success. -And, they insisted on a sufficient amount of drying time when the adjuster was trying to cut it. -Later, when Chris and Nick came to remove the drying equipment, everything was exactly where it needed to be to move forward. From this point, our main contact was Troy Lescalleet. -To call him fabulous would be to do him injustice he was SO much more. -He had to deal with the adjuster for months and months and months as the adjuster went back and forth. Troy was willing to fight for what we had to have for the repairs to come out right. (And, it was a fight!). -Yet, showing the patience of Job, Troy eventually got the restoration estimate where it had to be. -Without Troy, we would have ended up with a halfway done job. -Also, he remained in regular contact with me about each and every step. -Troy went far beyond what we expected of ServPro and, we needed every single thing that Troy did for us! With negotiations FINALLY done, Troy recommended a better storage container group than the nationally known brand. -Then, he chose a great sub-contractor to make the repairs (Shell Bennett) one who is an expert in popcorn ceilings, coming with Shell to look over the damage so he knew exactly what to do. Troy and Shane came to do clear the room moving the items to the container far faster than I thought that they could. -Troy masked and covered the walls and, no damage to the wall paper and items left in the room occurred. Shell was great! -The results were fantastic as he replaced wood, ceiling and paint - so that one cannot tell the difference between what he did and what was already there. Unable to come to move items back into the room, Troy sent Shane and Manny, making sure to call to tell me. -Once again, it took far less time - they were great folks. In each and every movement they treated our house and our property as if it were their own personal property. -While I hope we never have the need to call ServPro of High Point again, we would call them without any hesitation and immediately should we ever need them. -Anyone who has damage or another need that ServPro could help them with will not find any team better than the ServPro of High Point team! And, please remember that there is far more they did that space here does not allow that made/makes Serv-Pro of High Point the best!

I must say this was the second time i called servpro an they were awesome. It's even better now that they do the reconstruction part also made it so much easier. Troy was awesome made sure we were happy with the work. He had all the answers an even went beyond what in my opinion was his job.. i couldn't has asked for better from these guy and will definitely keep using them. When my wife and I first started this business, we were looking forward to a new and exciting experience dedicated to helping people when they were in most need of help. We have not been disappointed. I want to highly recommend ServPro Of High Point. I had a water leak due to a faulty pressure, regulator that the builder put up in the wall in my laundry room, and all of the hardwood floors in my house were ruined. . Troy came out immediately and assessed the situation, cut out the drywall and tore off some base molding, and anything that had gotten wet. He then set up six large fans to run for about a week, he also made sure that any questionable areas were sprayed with antimicrobial/fungal product; he did everything necessary to prevent any growth of Mold. I am mold sensitive, so I was very appreciative of his expertise and attention to detail.
