I called Subaru in Jacksonville while in your parking lot and they still had my part. I took the number, contact name to Tim so he could get it from them and they say HRA never called. Who to believe? And, if Tim saying to me "I don't have all day to look for a part for your car" is not bad customer service at an auto repair shop what does he do to other customers? And yes, I did curse, which I normally do not, but I was extremely frustrated. It doesn't matter now. I will never recommend your shop again and I have referred many people in the past.
After being a loyal customer for at least 15 years I will never go back to this place due to one person, Tim. He is the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. After being told they couldn't find the part I needed, I found it at Subaru parts in Jacksonville and put a hold on it. Long story short it was never ordered. The last time I spoke to Tim he screamed at me that he did not have all day to track down a part for my car! There was no tracking down to be done as I had already found it for them. I have always enjoyed the people who work there, customer service and technicians, but due to the way I was treated by Tim I will NEVER go back to Holly ridge Auto.

We are hear on vacation and had some truck issues. Took it to these guys twice and they had me fixed up in no time!
